XMET™ is developing technology to transform low-value biomass harvest residues into a high-value stock feed supplement so that farmers can:

Reduce methane emissions from the digestive tract of ruminant livestock such as cattle and sheep

Increase farm productivity and profit margins by improving:

Farmland with dry crops, green checkmark, and pellets of animal feed or supplement.

The material is based on stabilizing the carbon in agricultural harvest residues. In addition to reducing methane the product also aims to support animal performance and soil health.

Excellent laboratory results underpin an aggressive development pathway to commercial applications.

The production process has the potential to provide a product with a low carbon footprint and lock up residual carbon in the soil.
